Who is Glen Neeley?

    • He has received a certificate of training in the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests from a certified NHTSA instructor, which is the same training Police officers receive.
    • He is a 2004 graduate of the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College in Dubois, Wyoming.
    • He is a member in good standing with the Utah State Bar.
    • He holds the highest learning honors from his university, with a Juris Doctor degree from Oklahoma City University.

The Utah Court of Appeals affirmed the Trial Courts decision to dismiss the case in its entirety.  The Utah Supreme Court denied the prosecution’s request to hear the case. 
    • He has a certificate of completion of the Robert F. Borkenstein, December 2003, which is the same training the State intoxilyzer experts are required to complete. As a result of this training, I am able to better contest for you any intoxilyzer evidence that the prosecution introduces.
    • He has several certificate of completions from the Mastering Scientific Evidence Courses taught by the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyer’s Association and the National College of DUI Defense which keeps him up-to-date on the latest defense techniques.
    • He has specific training on the intoxilyzer machines as an operator and Technician purusant to DOT standards. Because of this he know the strengths and weaknesses of this particular intoxilyzer…and he has used this knowledge to expose the weaknesses and faults of the Machine’s readings.
